Yindi Curls is a hair workshop facilitator and online hair education series that promotes positive self-esteem and hair-care love to children and their parents/carers. Yindi Curls workshops are designed to offer support and advice to parents/carers of particularly – although not exclusively – black and mixed heritage children, who want to learn about the techniques, products, and tools needed to care for their children’s hair more effectively.
Yindi Curls needed support growing their social media audience, creating engaging content, collaborating with digital influencers and promoting their monthly classes.
Pink Ship manages Yindi Curls' social media, organising brand sponsorships, influencer collaborations and digital press. We also assist with events promotion and graphics. Most recently, we have implemented a new strategy for Yindi Curls' Instagram called 'Happy Wash Day' where we have approached influencers to take over Yindi's Instagram story with wash-day tutorials, increasing audience engagement and number of followers.
